FAQ

Will my room have a water view?

All our motel style rooms face the river and provide waterviews. This includes our Premium Queen, King, Twin, Spa and Family Rooms.

The 3 bedroom townhouses are located car park side of the complex and do not overlook the river. Townhouse 30 has a view across to the Marina from the balcony.

Does My Unit Have Cooking Facilities?

Our Premium rooms come with a full size fridge, cooktop and microwave. Fully set up for a self contained stay with crockery, cutlery and cooking items.    Our 3 Bedroom Townhouses in addition come with a full kitchen including oven and dishwasher.

Check In Time ?

Standard checkin time is 2.00pm.  If you are arriving early please give us a call on the day to check availability.  If you are arriving after 4.00pm on Sat/Sun or a Public Holiday or after 5.00pm Mon-Fri please contact us to make arrangements for after hours check in

Are Pets Allowed ?

Our property does not allow pets

Do Rooms have Laundry Facilities ?

Only the 3 Bedroom Townhouses have a laundry included. However there is a Guest Laundry on site in the main building with washing machines and a dryer.  A small fee of $2.00 is required to operate. Washing powder is available for purchase from Reception.

Do you Provide Parking ?

Parking is off street on site in an open car park.  Some parks are large enough for Boats and Trailers. Should you require boat or trailer parking please advise on booking.   The 3 bedroom townhouses provide the extra security of a double lock up garage.

Do You Provide Housekeeping Services?

Our rooms are set up to be self catering.  You are provided with a complimentary basic start up kit including linen, tea and coffee making items,  bathroom and kitchen amenities .  For stays of  7+ days a mid week housekeeping service including linen change is provided.  Additional items are available at Reception for a small fee .  If you do require more regular housekeeping services please let us know on booking.
